FAA eFAST is the FAA’s preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST supports a broad range of FAA requirements organized into  Functional Areas. MOA Holders are selected based on demonstrated experience in the Functional Area. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour and others as appropriate.

Concepts Beyond works to ensure customer satisfaction as a successful contractor at FAA having capabilities in all functional areas.   Our performance record has resulted in being awarded multiple task orders under eFAST MOA to our customers in ANG/NextGen.

The SE2020/2025 portfolio is one of the largest FAA has ever awarded and offers a wealth of NextGen and NAS technical opportunity.  The contract has a 10-year Period of Performance structured as a 5-year Base Period from date of award, a 3-year Option Period 1, and finally a 2-year Option Period 2.

Concepts Beyond has vehicles in place with both the SE2020 and SE2025 contracts, which have periods of performance out to the year 2020 and 2025, respectively. The objective of this contract is to provide a broad range of Systems Engineering (SE), technical, financial, and programmatic support services, and other aviation related support services, that will enable the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to accomplish its National Airspace System (NAS), Non-NAS, and other aviation related mission objectives.
